A six-session Spring 2023 in-person course that promises to lift the fog of history on the Belfast, Maine, and Waldo County community and compellingly document the realities of its present, together with actions, to meet the housing, employment, food, health care, financial and transportation needs of its people. Includes the showing of major portions of Frederick Wiseman's 1999 documentary film Belfast, Maine.

Robert (Bob) Johansen is the board chair of Family Promise of MidCoast ME, a minister, a BSC member and student. John McClenahen is a veteran senior college teacher in the humanities and BSC member and student.
